DON’T FORGET to submit your official and alternate email addresses and mobile phone numbers to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by August 31, 2021 to avoid the applicable penalties.

Send in your official and alternate contact numbers to the Commission via email at MC28_S2020@sec.gov.ph, or submit a hard copy at the SEC Main or Extension Offices. For the SEC Main Office within the PICC Complex at Pasay City, secure an appointment first through https://sesas.secexpress.ph/.

Make sure to follow the protocols adopted by the extension offices in accordance with the quarantine classification in their respective areas.

The submission of official and alternate contact numbers is in compliance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020 (MC 28), which aims to facilitate covered entities’ transactions with the Commission.
